This month’s challenge: 15 minutes of creating a day
This month’s intention: Be more intentional and mindful about creating everyday by thinking about creating means to you, making space/time for it, observing what happens and reflecting on the process
This means…
For the purpose of this challenge, creating is defined as bringing something into existence or making something happen as a result of intentional actions
Examples of creating include (but are not limited to): writing, drawing, crafting, making music, cooking, baking, dancing, building, etc.
When we create, we are in a space of creativity, exploration, learning and flow. It is often an empowering place that is full of possibility and void of judgment. When it doubt about if something is considered “creating,” ask yourself: what state am I in?
As always, modify this challenge to whatever will allow you to get the most out of it
