What’s the time commitment involved?

~3 hours a week that breaks down as follows:

  • 10-15 min daily practice

  • 1 hour a week of Group Coaching

  • 1 hour a week of video learning

  • 15-30 min a week of checking in with your program buddy

  • What might seem like a lot of time is less than 3% of your awake hours

When will calls be scheduled?

  • Kickoff Call: Friday, April 25 at 4pm PT (tentative)

  • Group calls determined based on participant availability

  • Buddy check-ins determined by you and your buddy

  • Celebration Send-off: Friday, June 13 at 4pm PT (tentative)
