What’s the time commitment involved?
~3 hours a week that breaks down as follows:
10-15 min daily practice
1 hour a week of Group Coaching
1 hour a week of video learning
15-30 min a week of checking in with your program buddy
What might seem like a lot of time is less than 3% of your awake hours
When will calls be scheduled?
Kickoff Call: Friday, April 25 at 4pm PT (tentative)
Group calls determined based on participant availability
Buddy check-ins determined by you and your buddy
Celebration Send-off: Friday, June 13 at 4pm PT (tentative)
