I believe we are meant for more. We all have the potential to be living as the best versions of ourselves through building our mental and physical strength.
As a Sri Lankan, Chinese, and Portuguese Singaporean who moved to the United States at the age of three, my family didn't have much when I was growing up. I quickly learned to work hard and be resourceful. I was taught to take advantage of every opportunity, in hopes of "making something of myself". But what does that even mean?
I used to think this meant following societal expectations and checking all of the boxes. But after graduating college, landing a job, and saving for a house, there was still an itch inside of me. I call it “The COVID Calling,” and it kept asking me: “Is this it?”
Quarantine made me realize how I wasn't fully satisfied. I had done everything I sought out to do, yet something was missing. I spent a lot of time reflecting, and I realized that my passion for learning, physical fitness and mental development extended beyond myself. The greatest gift was using what I’ve learned and continue learning to give back.
Deep down, I knew I had more to give.
What more?
Training the connection between physical and mental development.
Seeing the best in others and coaching them to see and act as their true selves.
Holistically developing others to achieve their own versions of greatness.
We are meant for more. And we can change for the better by reforming old beliefs, habits, and methods.
I challenge you to chase your wildest dreams with me. Do you accept?
