This month’s intention: Focus on mobility/flexibility and notice how spending more time on this area impacts quality of life

This means…

  • Taking time to stretch, especially after strengthening parts of your body

  • Working on flexibility

  • Being mindful of how often you stretch to balance things like working out or staying in one position for long periods

How this month’s challenge works:
