This month’s challenge: 20 minutes of reading a day
This month’s intention: Focus on spending more time reading as part of your daily routine and notice how it impacts you (eg. winding down, disconnecting, exercising your brain, etc.)
This means…
Taking time to read, especially if there are books or articles you have been meaning to read and haven’t gotten around to
Breaking up your reading into smaller chunks if it feels more manageable
Being mindful of what you get out of reading and why it is beneficial to you
