This month’s challenge: 10 minutes of meditation a day

This month’s intention: Create space and time to be mindful and present with yourself, pausing to notice things that you may be missing.

This means…

  • Taking at least 10 minutes a day to to meditate, without our without guidance.

How this month’s challenge works:

  • “Completing” a monthly challenge is based on the honors system. Be honest with yourself.
