This month’s challenge: No fried food
This month’s intention: Pay more attention to how often, when and why you eat fried food by asking yourself if something is fried before you eat it, abstaining from it for a month, observing what happens and reflecting on the process
This means…
No fried foods (fries, chips, falafel, samosas, churros, donuts, beignets, crispy fried tacos, puri, corn dogs, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken nuggets, tempura, egg rolls, katsu, pork rinds, etc.)
Air fried foods are ok, as this is considered an alternative to fried foods, but try not to just “air fry everything” because you can
If completely abstaining from fried foods feels like too much for you at this time, modify this challenge to whatever will allow you to get the most out of it
